In accordance with 17 CFR § 227.300(b) and FINRA Funding Portal Rule 300(c), Kurudy may receive compensation from third parties, including:
- Kurudy receives hosting/listing and platform fees (disclosed on each Form C)
- Vendors and service providers offering ancillary services (e.g., escrow, legal, marketing, KYC/AML tech)
- Affiliate arrangements where Kurudy receives referral fees, revenue shares, or licensing royalties
All such compensation arrangements are disclosed in the issuer’s Form C, filed with the SEC, and are available for investor review before any investment.
